What forms of payment does F27arts accept?
We are accepting payment with Visa, Mastercard & Paypal. All credit/debit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.
Are my payments secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. In order for SSL to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
For your own safety we do not save any payment information. Payments are made directly through Stripe—certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification, so we can guarantee that important information stays confidential and private.
How do I check the status of an order?
To check the status of your order.
- Click on the ” My Account ” link on the site.
- Enter your login details. If you don’t already have one, Please sign up using the email you provided at the time of purchase.
- Choose ‘Orders’ in your dashboard, which is a page of all your active and previous orders.
- Click the View option to see the status of your order (s)
Subsequently, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has successfully being processed.
Do you offer Custom Size/Prints ?

Posters / Prints
Posters are printed either on matte or luster photo paper. Enhanced matte paper is bright and ideal for photographs that don’t require gloss. Premium luster photo paper is between a gloss and a matte finish. Both are archival quality and available framed or unframed.

Returns & Refunds
Our prints are custom made to order, so unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns or offer a refund for change of mind.
If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods to [email protected]
Which countries do we ship to?
We try to ship worldwide but some products might not be available to ship to your country. The countries that are available for shipping is clearly indicated in the product or check out page.
Shipping Costs and Region
This is subjective depending on where the package is sent from and its destination. Also the size of the product and delivery type (standard or express) will affect the price. Delivery costs are calculated on the checkout page while buying.
If you are looking to order within Lagos,Nigeria we have a Local Pick-up option and a Flat delivery rate. However if ordering from outside Nigeria to Lagos or other parts of Nigeria a different shipping cost ( Calculated for Product type,size,weight etc ) applies.
*Some countries may charge customs and duties for your parcel. You are responsible for these customs and duties charges.
How long does it take normally for an order to arrive?
The delivery time depends on the distance and product type. Our fulfilment partner offer regional to worldwide shipping depending on the product. The expected delivery time is stated on the checkout page.
